Harvest
We begin with nature’s best. I grow traditional medicinal varieties sourced from trusted a trusted small-scale French herb producer. Plants grow in a living fertile soil, with a no-dig method. Every herb is harvested by hand, in its perfect seasonal moment, when its aroma and potency are at their peak.
Drying & Garbling
Plants are dried gently within three days to preserve their color, strength, and scent. We then carefully sort dried herbs by hand with a large sieve. Thick stems are removed and desired parts are kepts to be packaged.
Time-tested remedies
The methods I use to process the plants are time-tested and trusted. Drying and handling techniques are inspired by the work of Zach Woods Herb Farm. The recipes come from traditional herbal knowledge and from modern extraction protocols well-established in the herbalist world.
Limited quantity
There is no industrial manufacture here. Every product comes straight from the garden and is crafted in a commercial drying room and kitchen. It is true local farm-to-remedies, with high freshness and full control at every step. Because all is processed by hand, the quantities remain limited.
