Månatliga färska örter

What is a CSA?

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a model of shared commitment between a farmer and their community.

In other words, you subscribe to receive a fresh herb basket each month from May to October. You can pick it up at the farm or have it delivered to your door. In 2026, there is 40 CSA subscriptions available.

It’s a very common system among market gardeners and receive seasonal vegetables every week. Here the principle is the same but with herbs!

Have you ever drunk a tea made with fresh chamomile ? It tastes completely different. It's fragrant, bitter, very aromatic and full of the plant’s vitality. It’s entirely different than drinking tea from tea bags purchased at the supermarket.

You experience the full scent, energetic, flavour, colour, and vitality and learn how to use herbs while they are at their peak.
