Månatliga färska örter

What is a monthly herb box or CSA?

A Monthly Herb Box CSA is a subscription where you receive fresh, garden-grown herbs every month together with education on how to use them. Each delivery follows with videos and practical guidance to help you use the herbs for everyday living.

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, a system of shared commitment between a farm and its community. By subscribing, you support the farm in advance and, in return, receive a curated herb box each month from May to October. You can pick it up at the farm or have it delivered to your door.

In 2026, 30 CSA subscriptions will be available.

It’s a very common system among market gardeners and receive seasonal vegetables every week. Here the principle is the same but with herbs!

Who is it for?

Whether you’re a beginner curious about herbs or an experienced herbalist, there’s a CSA for you:

Beginners will appreciate easy-to-use herbs like mint, lemon balm, chamomile, and other wild edible plants, perfect for simple teas, cooking, and getting started with herbalism. The included guidance walks you step-by-step through preparing basic remedies, giving you a comfortable first experience with making your own herbal creations.

Experienced will enjoy working with fresh medicinal plants (roots, leaves, flowers) and detailed guiding techniques to craft tinctures, and more advanced home remedies.

Why fresh herbs?

Have you ever drunk a tea made with fresh chamomile ? It tastes completely different. It's fragrant, bitter, very aromatic and full of the plant’s vitality. It’s entirely different than drinking tea from tea bags purchased at the supermarket.

You experience the full scent, energetic, flavour, colour, and vitality and learn how to use herbs while they are at their peak.
