ANVÄNDNING
Denna kattmynta är en mycket aromatisk variant med vita blommor, och den är helt annorlunda än den vanliga kattmynta (Kantnepeta) som man hittar i de flesta plantskolor. Det jag erbjuder är Nepeta cataria, den äkta kattmyntan, inte Nepeta faassenii eller Nepeta racemosa, som är de prydnadsvarianter som ofta säljs i plantskolor.

These plants are two years old, well-established perennials from my garden. As I am redesigning the space this season, a limited number of plants are now available for sale.
This is a one-time offering, available for approximately 3–4 weeks only, or until all plants are reserved. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Healthy, established 2-year-old plants
- Sold as bare-root (roots wrapped in moist paper with a small amount of soil for protection)
- Ready to replant directly in your garden

Planting:
Plant them as soon as they arrive. Place them in the soil and water them well, generous watering is important to help them establish.

Nordiska Örter är Sveriges första medicinala örtagård med fokus på odling och försäljning av medicinalväxter. Dr. Agnès Brosset odlar 700 m² örter på Ulleråker Gård i Uppsala och handplockar vilda örter.
Produktionen är för liten för KRAV-certifiering, med odlingen sker utan pesticider eller syntetiska gödselmedel, bara jord, kompost och noggrant handarbete.
Här skapas äkta farm-to-remedies. Alla örter skördas, torkas och packas på plats för maximal kvalitet. Sortimentet är säsongsbetonat och finns i begränsade mängder.
Vår process
Harvest
We begin with nature’s best. I grow traditional medicinal varieties sourced from a trusted small-scale French herb producer. Plants grow in a living fertile soil, with a no-dig method. Every herb is harvested by hand in its perfect seasonal moment, when its aroma and potency are at their peak.
Drying & Garbling
Plants are dried gently within three days to preserve their color, strength, and scent. We then carefully sort dried herbs by hand with a large sieve. Thick stems are removed and desired parts are kepts to be packaged.
Time-tested remedies
The methods I use to process the plants are time-tested. Drying and handling techniques are inspired by the work of Zach Woods Herb Farm. The recipes come from traditional herbal knowledge and from modern extraction protocols well-established in the herbalist world.
Limited quantity
There is no industrial manufacture here. Every product comes straight from the garden and is crafted in a commercial drying room and kitchen. It is true local farm-to-remedies, with high freshness and full control at every step. Because all is processed by hand, the quantities remain limited.
